Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains our policy regarding the privacy of information supplied by users or collected by us from users of the web site, www.professionalnotes.com. We want to build users' trust and confidence and demonstrate our commitment to privacy.

Personally Identifiable Information
The registration and request forms require users to give us contact information (such as name, address, email address) for purposes of registering for consultation or workshops, or so that we may contact you. Required items will be clearly noted, and if you choose to withhold any required information, you may not be eligible to participate in the programs and services of Professional Notes.

Additionally, we may need to collect credit card information in order to receive payment for services. Such credit card information is not stored nor processed on the Professional Notes web site. We rely on a third party, Verisign, to securely process these transactions and handle billing matters for this web site. Therefore, we do share information with this third party for purposes of processing your credit card transactions. The information is sent via a secure, encrypted Internet connection to a system on the Verisign network, where it is processed.

We may also use your internet protocol ("IP") address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site. In addition, your IP address may also be used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.

How Information is Used
Professional notes does not sell nor give any personally identifying customer information, including customer email addresses, to any other party.

We use your personally identifiable information to contact you and to enhance this web
site and your learning experience.

We may also use customer contact information to send you information and promotional material on upcoming courses. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings. See the Opt-Out and Corrections Section below.

We may also collect and report to third parties (such as affiliates, content and service providers) aggregated information from the web site.

Opt-out and Corrections
Users of this Professional Notes Web Site may opt-out of receiving communications from us. If you wish to change your information, or to no longer receive communications from us, please notify us at Contact@professionalnotes.com.

If we are ever required by applicable law, subpoena, court order or other legal process, to disclose your personally identifiable information, it is our policy to comply with any such requirements. The Professional Notes Web site in not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
